2. Order Support

For faster service, please include the following when contacting us about an order:

• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, if applicable

3. Refund, Replacement, or Quality Issue Requests

Refunds, replacements, or store credits are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, eligible quality or manufacturing issue claims must be submitted within seven (7) days after the delivery date.

4. Shipping Questions

Orders ship from Florida using national carriers with tracking information.

If your question relates to tracking, delivery delays, missing packages, or carrier issues, please include your order number and tracking number when contacting us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the issue was caused directly by our error.

5. Subscription Questions

For subscription changes, cancellations, skips, pauses, or billing questions, contact us at info@republicancoffee.com or use the subscription management link included in your subscription or order emails.

Subscription changes must be completed before the next renewal order is processed.

6. International Orders

International orders are not available through standard checkout at this time.

If you are interested in placing an international order, contact us at info@republicancoffee.com before purchasing. International shipping availability, costs, duties, taxes, and timing will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
