Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This Subscription & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Political Beans LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Republican Coffee (“Republican Coffee,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through republicancoffee.com.

Some products may be offered as subscriptions, recurring orders, bundles, limited-time offers, or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations, subscription changes, and related requests are handled.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the product, quantity, delivery frequency, and subscription terms selected at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and/or our payment processor to securely store your payment method and charge it on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

Recurring charges may include the product price, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees shown at checkout or otherwise disclosed to you.

2. Subscription Renewals

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically according to the schedule you selected unless you cancel, pause, skip, or modify it before the next renewal order is processed.

You are responsible for reviewing your subscription frequency, delivery schedule, shipping address, payment method, and product selections before each renewal.

3. How to Cancel or Change a Subscription

You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription through your customer account portal or through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation or subscription emails.

Requests should include your name, order number, subscription email address, and the change you are requesting.

4. Cancellation Timing

Subscription changes or cancellations must be completed before the next renewal charge is processed.

Once a renewal order has been processed, charged, fulfilled, or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

If your subscription order has already been processed or shipped, the order will be handled under our Refund Policy. Because coffee is a consumable food product, refunds are only available for qualifying quality or manufacturing defects submitted within seven (7) days after the delivery date.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we or our payment processor may retry the payment. We may notify you and request updated payment information.

If payment cannot be collected, we may delay, pause, or cancel your subscription.

6. Address Changes

You are responsible for keeping your shipping address accurate and current.

Address changes must be made before the next renewal order is processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an outdated, incorrect, or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Product Availability and Substitutions

Subscription products are subject to availability.

If a subscription product becomes unavailable, discontinued, delayed, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled, we may contact you with options, delay the shipment, substitute a comparable product with notice where appropriate, or cancel the affected subscription or order.

8. Subscription Pricing and Terms

Subscription pricing, discounts, shipping charges, delivery frequency options, and product availability may change over time.

If required by law, we will provide notice before material changes to subscription pricing or terms take effect.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription program, product, discount, or recurring order option at any time.

9. Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Coffee is a consumable food product. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened coffee, personal taste preferences, improper storage, improper brewing, customer ordering error, incorrect shipping information, carrier delay, stolen packages after delivery confirmation, or failure to cancel before a renewal order is processed.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued at our discretion only for confirmed quality or manufacturing defects reported within seven (7) days after the delivery date.

10. Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer certain products for pre-order.

A pre-order means you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, inventory availability, supplier delays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to ship a pre-order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with updated timing or cancellation options as required by applicable law.

If you cancel an eligible pre-order before it has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may issue a refund to the original payment method. Once a pre-order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it is subject to our Refund Policy.

11. No Try-Before-You-Buy Program

Republican Coffee does not currently offer a try-before-you-buy program.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, purchases are not eligible for return or refund simply because a customer changes their mind, dislikes the flavor, selected the wrong product, or failed to cancel a subscription before renewal.
