This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Political Beans LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Republican Coffee (“Republican Coffee,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through republicancoffee.com.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, coffee sales are generally final once shipped, except in cases involving a confirmed quality issue, manufacturing defect, incorrect item, incomplete order, or damage caused before delivery.

1. Refund and Return Window

Eligible refund, replacement, exchange, or return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days after the delivery date.

Requests submitted more than seven (7) days after delivery may be denied.

The 7-day return window does not mean all products are returnable for any reason. Coffee products are consumable food products and are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed quality issue, manufacturing defect, incorrect item, incomplete order, or qualifying fulfillment error.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credits may be considered only for the following issues:

  • A confirmed quality issue or manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item was received
  • An incomplete order
  • Product damaged before or during shipment
  • A fulfillment error caused by us

All requests are reviewed at our discretion and may require supporting documentation.

3. How to Request Help

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label, if applicable

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credits for:

  • Personal taste preference
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Customer ordering error
  • Selecting the wrong product, grind, quantity, or subscription option
  • Failure to cancel or modify a subscription before renewal
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Improper brewing or preparation
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer
  • Refused deliveries
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier but missing, lost, or stolen after delivery confirmation
  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • Failure to read product descriptions, shipping information, or subscription terms before purchase
  • Claims submitted more than seven (7) days after delivery

5. Returns

Because coffee is a consumable food product, we generally do not accept returns of coffee products.

Do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, refunded, exchanged, or credited.

If we approve a return for an eligible non-coffee item, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned according to the instructions we provide.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing and paying for return shipping unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, original shipping charges will not be refunded unless required by law or unless the issue was caused directly by our error.

7. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The restocking fee may be deducted from any approved refund, store credit, or exchange value, subject to applicable law.

The restocking fee may not apply where the issue was caused directly by our error, such as an incorrect item, incomplete order, or confirmed manufacturing defect.

8. USPS and Carrier Issues

Once an order is transferred to USPS or another national carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.

If there is a USPS or carrier issue, including delay, loss, damage claim, or delivery problem, we may attempt to assist by filing or supporting a carrier claim where available.

Carrier claim outcomes are controlled by the carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused directly by our error.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, stolen, or otherwise missing after delivery confirmation.

9. Exchanges and Replacements

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged before delivery, incorrect, incomplete, or affected by a confirmed quality or manufacturing issue.

If a replacement or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions by email.

10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or Shopify’s payment system.

Applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees may be deducted from the approved refund amount where allowed.

11. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to this Refund Policy.

Subscription renewals must be canceled, paused, skipped, or modified before the renewal charge is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund except for qualifying quality issues, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, incomplete orders, or fulfillment errors reported within seven (7) days after delivery.

12. Final Decision

Refunds, replacements, exchanges, and store credits are issued at our discretion, subject to applicable law and the terms of this policy.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements of this Refund Policy or appears fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or inconsistent with our records.
