This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Political Beans LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Republican Coffee (“Republican Coffee,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through republicancoffee.com.

We ship orders from Florida using national carriers that provide tracking information.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States using national carriers that provide tracking information.

International orders are not available through standard checkout at this time. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us before purchasing at info@republicancoffee.com.

International shipping availability, cost, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and delivery timing will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped from Florida.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, roast schedule, product availability, holidays, weather, carrier conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we expect a significant delay in processing your order, we may contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on qualifying orders. Unless otherwise stated, free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the issue was caused directly by our error.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. It may take time for the carrier to scan the package and update tracking details after the label is created.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, incorrect routing, missed scans, or other delivery issues outside our control.

Under FTC rules, online sellers need a reasonable basis for stated shipping times and must address delays if they cannot ship within the promised timeframe or, if no timeframe is stated, generally within 30 days.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, failed delivery, refusal, or other issue not caused by us, we may, at our discretion, offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, store credit, or refund less shipping and handling costs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

Once an order is transferred to USPS or another national carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If there is a USPS or carrier issue, we may attempt to assist with a carrier claim where available. However, carrier claim outcomes are controlled by the carrier, and shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused directly by our error.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or affected by a quality or manufacturing issue, contact us within seven (7) days after the delivery date at info@republicancoffee.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if applicable.

Eligible issues will be reviewed under our Refund Policy.

9. Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

If we offer a pre-order or backordered product, the estimated shipping window will be stated on the product page or at checkout when available.

Estimated shipping windows for pre-orders or backordered items are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, inventory availability, supplier delays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with updated timing or cancellation options as required by applicable law.
